Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Travel Package or VIP Program?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on the venue’s availability. If you would like to inquire about accessible seating as part of the Travel Package or VIP program, please reach out to us at [email protected] immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include the purchaser’s name, show date and venue, order number and package type, and specific accessibility request in your email.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Travel Package or VIP ticket and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the event organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the Flora-Bama website.

OUR VIP EXPERIENCES

How do I place my order?

All Duckman Jam VIP Experiences must be purchased online. Tickets will go on sale on Tuesday, January 30th at 10AM Central. After you click “purchase” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

Do the VIP Experiences have an age restriction?

The age requirement for Duckman Jam at Flora-Bama is 18+.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) are tickets with no seats assigned to them. Our VIP tickets include Pit access as well.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?

Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.

How will I receive my VIP tickets for the show?

VIP purchasers will be notified on ticket delivery during the purchase process.

When will I receive information about check-in for the Duckman Jam VIP Experiences?

More information and further instructions including the check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event.

How will I receive my merchandise included in my VIP Experience?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then! Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will be responsible for their merchandise once it’s picked up at check-in. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

Is parking included in the Duckman Jam VIP Experiences?

Duckman Jam VIP Experiences do not include parking.

Is there a bag policy?

For more information on the bag policy, look for the festival specific guidelines, and/or on Flora-Bama’s website.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased VIP Experience?

All 100x VIP Experiences are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.

OUR TRAVEL PACKAGES

How do I place my order?

All Duckman Jam Travel Packages must be purchased online. Travel Packages will go on sale on Tuesday, January 30th at 10 AM Central. After you click on the Travel Package with your desired package type, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or price per person?

The price listed on our website for Travel Package is the total package price for the number of guests (two, four, five or six people) listed in the correlating package, not including taxes, fees and the condo security deposit. Please note – if you are purchasing a Travel Package before February 20th, you will have the option to pay your full travel package price + security deposit and fees -or- you will have the option to select a payment plan which will require you to pay 60% of your travel package total + your security deposit and fees.

How does the security deposit added to my Travel Package work?

The condo security deposit for your Travel Package will be automatically added into your cart upon purchasing your package which will cover any damage to the property. The security deposit will be returned to the payment form used to purchase your Travel Package within 11-20 days after check-out pending there is no damage and all check-out cleaning procedures have been completed. How many rooms are included in my Travel Package?

All Travel Packages include a condo unit with either 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms for two to six guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type configuration, dependent on availability.

Do the Duckman Jam Travel Packages have an age restriction?

Yes, all Travel Packages have an age restriction of 25+ to check in at the condos. If under 25 years of age, parents must check in and occupy the condominium with their children during the entire three-day Travel Package period. Failure to do this will result in the ejection of the unaccompanied youth and forfeiture of full Travel Package and deposit payments. Valid photo identification is required upon check in.

Is there a payment plan for Duckman Jam Travel Packages?

Yes, there is a payment plan option for Travel Packages! An initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on February 20, 2024. If you purchase after February 20, 2024, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. 

In order to opt into the payment plan, upon adding your desired package to your cart and clicking BUY TICKETS, you will find a blue button that says ‘+ Use payment plan – only pay $$$ today’ under your order summary on the left-hand side of your checkout screen. Once you select your payment plan, you will be prompted to accept the payment plan terms and conditions, agree to the payment plan schedule and finally – confirm your purchase!

If you do not opt into the payment plan at checkout, you will be charged the full amount when you purchase.

Can I pay for my entire package before the additional payment is due?

Yes! Once you have added your desired Travel Package to your card and have clicked BUY TICKETS, you will proceed to check-out without adding the payment plan into your package. This will direct you to complete and confirm your purchase in full!

Do the Duckman Jam Travel packages come with tickets to the show?

Yes, all Travel Packages include tickets for both days of Duckman Jam for the number of guests listed in your selected Travel Package. Depending on the package you select, you will either have GA, Damn Good Day VIP or Ain’t My Last Rodeo VIP tickets.

When will I receive information about 100x Travel Package check-in?

More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, email us immediately at [email protected] and we will do what we can to help.

CONDO INFORMATION

What time is check-in and check-out at the available condos?

100x abides by the condo’s standard policy, and both Phoenix X and Phoenix IX offer a 4PM check-in and a 10AM check-out. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the condo’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the condo early, we will work with the condo to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.

How do I get my security deposit back for the condo?

Refundable security deposits will be processed 11-20 days after departure and room inspections are completed. All or a portion of the $250 deposit may be used to cover the following damages:

  • Damage to structure, furniture and items within structure
  • Smoking (including vaping)
  • Excessive cleaning fees due to excessive uncleanliness
  • Failure to follow departure cleaning protocol (see FAQ below on departure protocol)

What is the departure protocol for Condo check-out?

Departure from your condo is required by or before your 10am check out time. Please ensure you complete the below cleaning and departure requirements prior to checking-out of your Travel Package condo:

  • All trash to be removed from all trash cans in the unit
  • No food left in the refrigerator or freezer
  • All dishes placed in dishwasher and dishwasher started
  • Counters must be void of food, dishes, trash, etc.
  • Towels and dirty linens must be placed in the bathtub
  • Set the thermostat temperature at 75 degrees

Do the Duckman Jam Travel Packages have an age restriction to stay in the condos?

Yes, all Travel Packages have an age restriction of 25+ to check in at the condos. Can I throw a party or have friends over at the condo?

House parties are not allowed. Occupancy is strictly limited to the sleeping capacity of the condo or beach house. Maximum sleeping capacity will be noted on your reservation.

Does my condo balcony have any restrictions?

Guests may not hang anything from the balconies. This includes towels, bathing suits and flags of any time. Please do not throw, pour or drop items from your balcony as this may result in the immediate removal of your entire travel party from the property.

What parking is available at the condos?

Phoenix X and Phoenix IX condos provide parking passes in relation to your condos bedroom type. Guests with 1-bedroom units will receive one parking pass. Guests with 2 and 3-bedroom units will receive two parking passes.

How far is each Condo from the venue?

We chose these condos not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue. Both Phoenix X and Phoenix IX condos are less than a 7 minute walk to Flora-Bama.

Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each condo property. Please refer to the condo’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.

TRAVEL PACKAGE REQUESTS

Can I book additional nights at the condo with my Travel Package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your Travel Package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the condo directly. Please note, Phoenix X and Phoenix IX require 3-night stays with all of their bookings. Once you have booked additional nights, you can email us at [email protected] to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the condo to accommodate! All requests must be submitted to 100x by Friday, March 15th, 2024.

I purchased a Travel Package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any Travel Package transfer request must be submitted to 100x via email by Friday, March 15th, 2024. 

If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your Travel Package in order to update the will call name. Please email us at [email protected] and confirm your order details including the email used for purchase, order number, and package type along with the new ticket holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update the reservation. Once you have notified us by March 15th, the new package holder will be able to check in to their condo and claim the concert tickets associated with their Travel Package! 

Please note: Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay and show tickets) and cannot be separated or split by day.

A package must be paid in full prior to it being gifted to another guest.

I have a specific request about my condo stay, how can I make that request?

All condo related requests can be sent directly to 100x at [email protected]. All requests must be submitted to 100x by Friday, March 15th, 2024.

I need to update the credit card information in order to pay for my Travel Package, how can I do this?

*Please note that setting the new credit card as the default will not update the credit card associated with your payment plan. You must follow these step by step instructions we have provided you below:

 To change the credit card used on your payment plan:

  1. Log in to your Tixr account at www.tixr.com
  2. Go to your user menu with your initials displayed in the upper right-hand corner and click My Events
  3. Click on Payment plan details on the event card that you wish to update your payment on
  4. Click the drop-down under your Payment plan details and choose New payment method
  5. Update your payment method and click Update payment info to confirm the new card on file
  6. An overlay will pop up asking you to confirm that you would like to apply that payment method to your order. Upon clicking YES you will know that you have successfully updated the card on file when a green banner appears on the top of your screen
  7. Your payment will process manually upon clicking update payment info. For any questions or concerns do not hesitate to reach out to our support team at support.tixr.com
